Our Delivery Policy

• Quick delivery: we aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
• Delivery Method and Labeling: your products will be delivered to your door via courier. Our company name will appear on your courier parcel as the sender. We are also able to deliver to Post Office Boxes if required.
• Dispatch Notification: we will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery Times: we aim to deliver within seven days if your item is in stock. All back orders will be delivered within 21 days, unless personally notified.

Returns Policy

• In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us here within 48 hours.
• If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if taken on a trial basis.You do not have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.
• All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Health Recovery Systems at the customer’s expense. Products that have been opened will incur a five per cent re-stocking fee.
• All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
• Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.
• All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.
• If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Overseas Orders

• Health Recovery Systems will accept credit card orders, bank transfers and PayPal.

The aliXXor is manufactured and assembled entirely in Christchurch New Zealand. This is what allows us to maintain our excellent quality control record.
New Zealand does not come under FDA jurisdiction.

During the first five years of ownership, if the system develops a fault, you can return it to us for a free repair and check up.

We provide you with our assurance that the aliXXor can be returned to us within thirty days if it is does not live up to your expectations for a frequency generator. We provide no guarantee to the effectiveness of any frequencies or sequences, these frequencies come from third party sources.

We will not tell you that this will cure the condition you’re looking to treat. The aliXXor is a frequency generator that runs frequencies that have been recommended to use for particular conditions. We make no claim as to the effectiveness of any frequency or sequence for any health condition. We will however, always record and publish true stories provided to us by other clients and users of frequency medicine.

Yes, the secondary list and the accessories are available to purchase as after sale items.

Rife himself said "the real clue is the frequency and not the means by which it is delivered." Whilse there probably is good light type units available they are far more complex to use than pad type units coveying the frequencies through pad contact.
