How many times per day can I use aliXXor?

This depends on the condition of the individual. We recommend some start on just nine minutes for the first few days and then build up. Others will start on 30 minutes. We advise people not to start on more than one new sequence per day. Some people use this unit up to four times a day for 30 minutes each session.
